Along with this time log, you need to write a reflections paper. The paper has no length requirement but should include the following: Project Title: Start Date: Completion Date: Total Hours: A. Describe the issue your project addressed, what impact you made and who benefited. B. Describe any obstacles you encountered and what you did to overcome them. C. Describe any steps you took to inspire others through sharing your project: D. Describe what you learned from this project and the leadership skills you developed. What did you learn about yourself as a result of this project? E. What was the most successful aspect of your project? What aspects of your project would you change? Once you have completed both, you just need to turn them into your troop leader for approval. She will then fill out the paperwork for GSCCC, and they will send you the information to pick up your certificate and purchase your silver award pin.
